All elements of this website, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, and their arrangement, are the sole property and copyright of Jobonship.org, unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

(B) For Job Seekers
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes to search for employment opportunities. The final responsibility for verifying the authenticity and terms of any job offer rests with you. We encourage you to verify the RPSL status of manning agents in India and exercise due diligence.
(C) For Employers
You agree to post only legitimate, currently available job vacancies. You may not charge any fees to Job Seekers for recruitment or placement. We reserve the right to remove any posting at our sole discretion, without providing a reason, to maintain the quality and integrity of our platform.
5. Disclaimers
No Official Representation: The information and company brochures displayed on this site are for informational purposes only. Jobonship.org is an independent entity and should not be misconstrued as an "Official Website," "Authorized Agent," or representative of any shipping company or recruiting agent.
